Can you set different Confluence landing/homepages for different groups of users?

Curious if there is a way set the homepages of teams to specific homepages. This   landing page would allow new team members joining Confluence to see what Spaces they should be associated with by utilizing the Spaces macro.  Ex. Is there currently a way for Team 1 to be able to view Homepage 1, and Team 2 to view Homepage 2?

Currently Refined Server/Data Center seems to have this feature. But I'm not certain if it's available in their Cloud version: https://docs.refined.com/space/REFINEDCONFDC/3592585305/11.%20Different%20users%2C%20different%20start%20sites

Ideally we'd love for this feature to be available out of box, but if Refined is the only option, we hope that there is way to utilize this in JIRA Cloud

I'm not aware of changing out of the box. Just globally for all users like the link below:

The default design usually shows up with what you were recently work on and your list of favorite spaces. Kind of like a centered work space vs going straight to a home page.  

I haven't seen it refine cloud either. I would just contact refined and get a direct answer to make sure before trying it out.
