Can you recommend a good change management control confluence articles?

We recently migrated to a new space to organize all our documents and articles better, making it a more useful resource for our teammates. However, I've been experiencing issues with a third-party app that controls change management. Whenever I try to add a new element to the workflow or execute a CQL to apply to my pages, the workflow fails. I've had to contact their support for fixes, but sometimes they're not able to resolve the issue. Can you recommend a good app that effectively manages document approval or rejection by a manager?

We have also developed our Document Management App, but it is more advanced than Comala Document Management/Control. It depends on what level of complexity you are looking for.

We are still working with Workflow for Confluence. We think it's the best solution for us at the moment. It is not perfect! We encounter issues sometimes, but we are working through them.

We had Comala once but they were unable to fix an issue for us. We found another app but it was a bad experience for us again as every time we try to update the configuration, the workflow breaks so looking for another alternative. I'll check Scroll Documents. Thank you!
