We have multiple large departments sharing Jira, I would like to have a company Hub page specific to my department, is that supported?

Hi @Susy Lopez,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Currently that is not possible without an app. There are multiple ones in the Marketplace that can do this, like Mantra and Refined.

Hi @Susy Lopez

It does not look like more than on Hub is supported right now.

However, you could still use the hub as a main landing page and then easily link out to the main department spaces from there.

Agree with @Josh Costella

Here is example of how this hub page can look like

In this example were used features from Content Formatting Macros for Confluence are used (developed by my team)

Or you can try to create something similar using built-in Confluence features for company hubs.

Hi @Susy Lopez

It's more about the content organization and your information architecture than more sites but I do understand that there might be legit reasons for this approach.

What we're doing is using Scroll Viewport to build our intranet site (behind SSO, of course).

Basically, each department (finance, office management, legal, etc.) have their own Confluence space. These are used to create a kind of a hub - Viewport site's landing page.

Each department has its own tile there.

Once you click a tile, you're browsing within the specific department content (think 'microsite')

See if the Hub could be set up in a similar manner.

(I have yet to explore the Hub).
