HI Graham,

Confluence Cloud does not offer a native option to directly export page analytics data. However, you can use the Analytics API (for Confluence Premium and Enterprise plans) to retrieve page view statistics, which can then be exported to a CSV or analyzed further in external tools. Some third-party apps in the Atlassian Marketplace might also offer additional analytics and export functionalities.

Hello all,

As already answered elsewhere, Confluence Analytics does not offer an export in the Page Analytics UI.

For all those looking for a suitable analytics solution for Confluence and have no objection to a 3rd party app, I recommend trying out our Viewtracker app.

It comes with different reports and macros, API, CSV file exports and other helpful features and data.

Kind regards,

Mattia

Hi Graham,

Which particular data are you interested in? Depending on your use case, you might want to try Breeze. It is a content management app for Confluence that is available at the Atlassian Marketplace.

While its primary use cases are review and approval workflows, it also has a CSV data export that might suit your needs.

For a space-level export, it includes:

  • Space key
  • Space name
  • Space owner
  • Categories
  • Last analysis date
  • Total number of pages
  • Number of pages with the DRAFT status
  • Number of pages with the IN APPROVAL status
  • Number of pages with the UP TO DATE status
  • Number of pages with the REVIEW REQUIRED status
  • Number of pages with the ARCHIVABLE status
  • Number of pages with the EXCLUDED status
  • Health score
  • Assigned workflow

For a page-level export, it includes:

  • Space key
  • Space name
  • Space owner
  • Page ID
  • Page title
  • Status
  • Created at
  • Last viewed
  • Last updated
  • Page creator
  • Last contributor
  • All contributors
  • Page owners
  • URL
  • Labels

If you would like to see it in action, there is a link for scheduling a demo in the marketplace listing.

All the best,
Adrian from B1NARY (we are the developers of Breeze)
