Can you comment on files using an iPad?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Share and Comment on Files

Can you comment on files using an iPad? It doesn't seem to be possible to drag a pin.

You can, but it's definitely wonky. if you open a document, and tap on it, the tool bar will momentarily appear at the bottom. What I had to do was to tap near the bottom of the doc, then when the tool bar appeared, quickly tap the pin. This will add a pin just above the tool bar tap the tool bar and it will disappear but the pin will remain and you can then enter the comment.
