I've created a database with a listing of Confluence pages that has more information than the Spaces page in the Confluence admin settings. Is there an automation I can set up that updates the database page any time there is a space added or removed?
Hi @Nita Sexton
You can create a rule that is triggered when a space is removed/archived.
We have a DB of all spaces in our Confluence space and, sadly, every time we create a new page, we have to add it manually to the DB.
To expand on functionality of spaces and content manager, you can try working with apps like Panorama by Kolekpti (Adaptavist) and Pages Manger by Ricksoft.
I swear I tried that rule but maybe it's because I am on Standard edition. Thank you!!! I do find it sad that there is not one for create space.

@Nita Sexton Automation on Standard is a thing of the last couple days, and there are usage limits compared to Premium but then... space don't get created as often as pages :)
