Can you Sync a doc to multiple Spaces?

I would like to sync a controlled document (Internal) to multiple spaces to be used by external resources.   This would provide a "Live" document that would update the Sync'd documents.  The space that is accessed from external resources would see live updates to the documents and only the documents that we want them to see.

Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible, you can either use the Excerpt macro or the Include page to do this.

There are also apps that allows you to share pages externally, like Comala Publishing and Scroll Viewport for Confluence.
