Currently we are directing users to a linked PDF within our software for those who require further help in navigating our system. We would like to move towards a more robust system that allows users to search for topics by keyword, phrases etc and read documentation via a wiki like environment.
Is it possible to use confluence to fill this need? Can we disable the need to log-in?
We are currently utilizing the entire Atlassian suite of software - Jira, Confluence and Stash for our dev environment. Would it require any additional purchases?
Give anonymous users global access to the site and read access to the specific spaces (and optionally, pages).
Just be careful not to allow "anonymous" anything other than read.

Hi Owen,
If you are using Confluence Cloud then Instant Websites may be of use to you. We use it for our product documentation.
Happy to chat if you want to learn more.
Cheers,

Hey,
Just incrementing Milo's answer, here's an article from our knowledge base with details on how to allow public access on Confluence.
Let us know should you have other questions. Thanks!

LM
