Can table transformer macro be inserted into table filter macro?

I'm trying to insert two tables that were merged using the table transformer macro into the table filter macro but its not working. It looks like the table transformer macro cannot be nested in the table filter macro. What's going on here?

Hi @Alex Warner ,

The new Cloud editor doesn't support direct macro nesting - please use the Table Toolbox macro.

The macro was developed for Cloud specifically and allows you to nest the macros provided by the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app in all possible combinations.

Can you share us more information, what is not going well? 

I can easily filter the two merged tables. But I am on server, you are on cloud. Perhaps there is an error in the cloud version.

When I try to insert the table transformer macro into either the table toolbox macro or the table filter macro it pops up underneath the box but not inside of the box.

Paste the Table Toolbox macro on the page and save it. Then paste your tables or Excerpts inside the Table Toolbox macro body - you don't need to paste Table Filter or Table Transformer anywhere.

Then go to the Table Toolbox macro settings and make the required macro combination there, inside this macro and not directly on the Confluence page.
