Can't the administrator see all the space list?

I'm Confluence Administrator.

I want to see all Space List in our Confluence Cloud.

I thought I could see all the space in the 'Space Permission', 'Individual Space'.

But there, I could only see a certain space.

Can't the administrator see all the space list?

By default, Confluence Administrator group should be able to view all the spaces, unless any specific permissions are applied at Space Permissions level and Global Permission level.
