I am installing confluence DC on clustered VMs.
First i am trying to add a single node.
To achive clustered architecture i have created a shared storage(File Share) account on azure and mounted it on my PC.
The same shared storage account i will use in other nodes as well.
But somehow it is not able to detect my shared directory (path = Z:).
And i am getting error We can't find this shared home directory. Check the location and try again.
But if i am using D: drive(it is local drive partition present in my PC) it is able to detect it and running well. But i cannot use local directory as shared home directory.
I am using azure for all machine and resources deployments.
Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi @vivek kumar and welcome,
are u sure that Z: folder is accessible from user who is running confluence? Please review Z: permission and restart confluence service.

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
Yes you are right. Confluence is running as a service and the service doesn't have access to the shared directory.
When i tried running confluence without as a service (there is a choice box we get at the time of installation) . It detects the shared directory.
Thanks
