Can't edit confluence page with Atlassian Companion App

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have already installed Atlassian Companion app. But I was asked to install it again and again. Can't invoke the excel sheet to edit the confluence page. Any body has similar question to mine? how do you solve it?
