I decided to try out the Standard plan, and my free trial is ending. I looked everywhere I could find to downgrade back to Free, but can't find it anywhere.
An email to Support said to go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscriptions, but I don't have that option anywhere (that I can find.)
Help please!!
Hi Jehan, thanks for the help. I finally figured it out. I have two accounts for access; one is typically used for admin tasks like this, and the other is just a regular user. Somehow, the roles got reversed and the regular user was the one with billing admin rights. So I'm all set. Thank you!
