Hello Team,
We made some big changes on our team page in Confluence, but in Test instance.
How can we move these changes in PROD instance, but not manually?
Is there way this action to be performed automatically?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Kolyu Kolev
Hello @Kolyu KOLEV ,
If you do not need changes on the Production server, you can just export the space from TEST server and import it to Production server. NOTE: you will have to delete the space in Production to be able to import the new one with the same space key.
If you need just the delta changes ( new changes) from the Test server - you can use REST API to copy the pages from server to server (e.g. take page body from the test server and create a new version on Production from it).
If you can provide some more details that will be very helpful .
Best,
Fadoua

Hello , Fadoua!
Thank you for your answer!
- Those changes are related to one space
- Changes are only content - information under different folders and subfolders
Best regards,
Kolyu

Import/export is an option however, if you have any unneeded information in your lower environment it will be copied as well.
Here is my suggestion, may be someone will have a better one. You will need a clean instance similar to Production.

Thank you very much for the detailed answer!
I will try to find someone internally in the company who is responsible for Confluence administration.
Have a wonderful day!
