Can not open diagrams

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We can no longer open diagrams for viewing. Editing still is possible.
What we see in browser console the following errors and in the network tab that surface.css is blocked
Any ideas on how to get rid of the issue?
