Can a Knowledge Base space have a page tree in the side bar like the Documentation space does?

We are looking to use a Confluence space as our help site, but since we already use Jira for bugs, etc. it would probably be beneficial to link the two, which means I would need to set up a KB space instead of a Documentation space (If I'm understanding it correctly). I am wondering if the sidebar in a KB space has a page tree so that a user cannavigate among help topics using the tree instead of the search, and if not, is there a way to implement a page tree in a KB space? I haven't set up the space yet so I have no idea.

It is not possible in the Jira Service Desk Knowledge base.
