Hi, one of my user is not able to sign off confluence page, due to internal organizational changes. However when the approval process was initiated, that user was part of approval chain. How can I remove his required approval or override his in-review status?
Hi @Ravee
If you are not using an app for approvals in Confluence, how does the process look like.
Can you share screenshots?

Hi @Ravee
This is still a marketplace app that is being used.
I have seen this app before, this is the following one: page-approval-for-confluence
You should be able to reset the approval process and then create a new approval.

Hi @Ravee , thanks for your question.
Are you using an app for this, like Comala? If so, you can check out their documentation for how to make changes to the approvals - https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMC/overview
If it is another app, you can check the marketplace for their documentation in the support tab - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/142/comala-document-management?hosting=cloud&tab=support
I hope this helps, but if not, please reply and give some feedback.
Cheers

Thanks @Valerie Knapp for the feedback. I am not using any app at the moment.. I can definitely try for future page approval processes. But stuck with the one which is already in progress.
