I currently use Confluence as a document store, utilised custom templates that are loaded each time a piece of work is started. A lot of the information that is written into these documents is duplicated across the many documents each project requires. So if any of this information changes then each document needs to be updated.
My preference would be to have a ‘front end’ form that users could fill in which would load into a database of some sort and then this database can be queried by any documents that are required. As I’m also beginning to use Jira I’d like the information in Jira to feed into it too.
Is this something that is at all possible with Confluence/Jira?
