Our team sends similar emails multiple times (Intro emails, project closure emails etc.) We have created templates for these so the team doesn't have to rewrite them. Can we add these templates to Confluence and have them open up as an email message so we can edit the content and send it off?
If you can't save the templates, is there an email integration?
Thanks for your help!
You could use Confluence's native page template functionality and template variables. You could have the people fill in the variables and select next which would bring up a page with the stuff filled into your template. Then simply copy and paste that into your email program and hit send.
A couple other options would apps for Confluence that will put a form on a page where you will in the field and hit send and Confluence will send out an email with the format of your choosing. The two that I have used are ConfiForms and Forms for Confluence.
Thanks for your suggestions Davin!

Hey there,
You can use Iota Copy plugin for your case.
You will need to:
1. Create a page / pages with email templates you will want to reuse.
2. Add Iota Copy to the page and configure it to open the email client and prefill email with the required data.
After that your team mates will just need to click the Iota Copy button and paste page content in the email client opened for you.
