Hi Gina, copying spaces within Confluence it's not possible at the moment. For some suggestions and workarounds, I recommend you to visit How to copy or rename a space in Confluence. You can also use a third party plugin like the one Thomas suggested.

Copy and Paste is one of the most requested feature in an CMS.

When do you think this feature will be implemented for Cloud? 

Where is the feature request ticket in Jira so I can vote for this request?
