Hello Bindu,

Are you referring to the Meeting Notes Blueprint? If so, you can customize the particular Blueprint for a space and add any text you want at the top.

Headers, in particular, are set on either a global or space level.

  1. To customize the header for the entire space, go to the space, select on the bottom-left Space Tools, then navigate to Look and Feel > Sidebar, header and footer.
  2. To customize the header for the entire site, as the administrator, click on the gear icon in the top right, and click General configuration. Then, on the left, you can find Sidebar, header and footer under LOOK AND FEEL.

Therefore, if you don't want the header automatically on every page in a space or every page in your Confluence instance, then you just need to add it as regular text in your Meeting Notes Blueprint.

Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Kind Regards,
Shannon
