I am wanting to create a template in Confluence Cloud, so that users can select the template and create pages that all look the same.
Within this template, I want to include a form for specific fields that must be entered. Rather than using variables, I would like to use ConfiForms, but this doesn't seem possible.
It is not available in the template macro list so can't be selected. When I copy and paste it from another page, it appears on the draft template correctly, but then displays an error when the template is published.
I am very new to ConfiForms so it is quite possible I am missing something, but is this just not possible or am I actually missing something?

You can place/have ConfiForms macros in Confluence templates
But you need to create a page for the forms and macros to work. Meaning that they will not work on a template, but will work on a page that is created from this template
