We currently use Confluence internallly, and it works great for us. We're looking at offering an additional service to our clients for a fee that will allow a tool like Confluence to allow them to work collaberatively.
Can we just buy a normal or enterprise Confluence license, integrate the SSO with our existing SaaS tool, and sell this access to our clients? Or is this agains the software license terms?
Jeffrey, after speak with a member of Atlassian Sales, I've discovered that unfortunately it couldn't be performed.
According to our end user agreement, users cannot do this. Please, refer to the following documentation:

Have an amazing Wednesday.
After reading this -
(b) End User may not resell or OEM the Product or otherwise charge Customers for use of the Product itself, but may charge End Users as part of an overall program that includes access to End User content or features as supported by the Product. Example: A paid support offering that includes, as a minor component, access to the support forum.
Does this mean we could potentially do this so long as we charge customers for other "substantial" services in addition to Confluence access?
