Is anyone aware of a Confluence application to script a call center flow? I am looking for a decision tree type of application where call agents can read the question, then click the answer given by the caller. I know other stand alone applications exist, but I cannot find one that works inside Confluence.
@Christine Beason I do not know of any apps that provide this functionality. You could create your own flows just using Confluence pages but this could be cumbersome and take a long time. If you have a third party application you should see if it will connect using Workato or Zapier.
