Business Processes Library and Management in Confluence

Hello,

contacting regarding building processes library and manage it in Confluence with/without plug-ins.

Would it be any possibility to suggested solution how business processes can be managed within Confluence with or without plug-ins (spotted 'Gliffy' diagrams solution) ?

If yes, would it be able to share please, how other companies built their processes library and managing processes through Confluence plug-ins or not using any?

I'm happy to speak with you about how our customers manage processes with Gliffy and Confluence. I do believe a diagramming tool will greatly enhance this use case within Confluence, but someone else may have feedback or ideas otherwise. :)

Hi Olga. If you are interested in building up a customized process library, you should definitely go with an app, as the out-of-the-box options in Confluence are limited. There are a few solutions out there. I am speaking for draw.io, which offers you the opportunity to fully customize your interface, as well as shape libraries and templates.
