Trying to report a bug, but when I go to suport.atlassian.com, I enter my info and there's only two options, browse the community or read documentation.
Anyways, I have a table built in Confluence, and every time I or anyone views it, the table just glitches out and bounces around like it's trying to resize every half a second, making the table impossible to read.
I have made a screen recording to show what it's doing, but as only jpgs are allowed here, that's pretty pointless.
At this point, Tables are impossible to use, and the inability to report a bug to Confluence is making the product so unusable we're researching other products for our company.
Are you on a free instance? This is likely why you have no option to contact support, which isn't available for free licences.
You can report bugs via https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa - but, this might be just specific to your site, so could you confirm:
Some of this information might help clarify things :)

Definitely not a free account, but maybe only administrators can report a bug.
It does happen to other users, I have had people complain about it to me.
It is only happening on one page now, but there are multiple tables. There are multiple tables on different tabs, and it happens to all of them. Some of the tables also have short code snippits, so it may be because of that, or because the table is on a tab. The table only has 6 columns, and the glitch happens regardless of the width of the page.
I am using chrome, it's all I have available to me on this machine.

It's likely the contents of the page/table if it's only happening on that one - there might be some limitation or clashing functionality create the issue.
Usually, it is only Product Admins who can contact Atlassian. Could you get one of your Confluence Admins to send the bug on your behalf?
