Blurry text in Aura Content Formatting macros

Text in the 'Panel' macro is blurry on pages. I've tried different sizes and font weights, but it is always blurry.

How do I change this so the text is not blurry for all users? 

EDIT: This looks like it might be a rendering issue that isn't playing well with Windows display scaling. However, it is still strange as the macro is blurry when viewed on a "2K" display with 100% scaling, and then not blurry when viewed on a 4K display with 200% scaling...?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot—it looks sharp and crisp on our end with no visible blur. The issue you're experiencing seems to be setup-specific and is a known general issue tracked here:

To resolve this on your setup, the best workaround is to manually resize your browser window slowly until the macros transition from blurry to sharp.
