Application Manual Blueprint is a combination of following templates:
Can access be provided template wise within the same Blueprint as each one of them needs to be reviewed and approved by different stakeholders
Blueprint access to be given based on the different templates.
For eg : High Level Architecture portion of Application Manual Blueprint can be modified only by the Solution Architect and reviewed by Domain Architect whereas DSRS portion of Application Manual Blueprint can be modified only by Business Analyst and reviewed by Business Analyst Manager. Same Blueprint but different sections and accesses based on the same.

As I mentioned there, access to edit a blueprint or template is based on Space Admin specifically. Access to edit a blueprint can be applied based on which users you are allowing to be the Space Admin.

Shannon
