Hello everyone,
My company has several TB of storage used in Confluence according to the Atlassian admin page. We would really like to get this much lower, I don't know if it will be possible to get us below the 250 GB limit of standard, but we at least need to clean this up. I am finding it really difficult with Confluence Cloud to figure out anything about the distribution of this storage usage, such as which sites take up the most space or even just the total storage used by a site. All I have found so far is this: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-uploaded-files/ So I can get a list of attachments on a site and sort them by size, but it doesn't feel nearly as helpful as some kind of "file explorer". Is there some way to get a better view of things that I am not aware of?
Thank you!
Hi @Connor Warren ,
there's an open suggestion for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-75337
Please vote and watch that ticket in order to keep you up to date.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
