I am trying to build a report in confluence based on ticket Hierarchy.
Similar to JIRA PLANS but built for Confluence, where later I can export to PDF. I know there are a lot of tools available for JIRA/CONFLUENCE CLOUD version, but not much on Software side.
Any recommendations ?
Gadget / Add on / Something built in JIRA and then shared on confluence, which then can be exported to PDF.
Thanks,
I appreciate any help
Hi @JiraLearner
Confluence is meant to be a documentation based wiki, not for building out plans etc. You would need to integrate in some manner a tool for this, it could be as simple as taking screenshots from a Jira plan, or as advanced as getting a plugin that links between Jira and confluence or some other external site you use for your reports like Smartsheet
However as confluence is designed as a wiki and not an issue tracker you need a source that does this to pull from and then you would make it viewable in Confluence
Best,
Clark
