This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Create a site backup
When I follow the documentation I can only see that this is ongoing. From the moment the page is refreshed or whatever nothing is seen... no link after x-hours, x-days. Is it the purpose that you leave the screen open (I did almost for 6 hours without any deliverable.
Due to the closing of our organization I require ASAP a full confluence backup which then later can be restored on the another Server / Cloud Atlassian infrastructure.
Hi Daniel, I'd recommend contacting our support team support.atlassian.com directly to get some help troubleshooting this.
They may also recommend other strategies (such as a database and home directory backup) for backing up your instance to make sure you have no problems restoring it later.
