Hello all, I've created an automation rule and it works only when the recipient contains personal corporate email. Seems like it doesn't recognize general distribution email addresses that belong to the group of people. Could you advise if there is an option to make it come to general inbox?
I can't find anything in the official documentation indicating if it supposed to be able to email distribution lists, but I'm fairly certain Automation for Jira is able to.
Another user was facing a similar issue -https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Automation-rule-sending-email-to-distribution-list-problems/qaq-p/1890673 - and it turned out it was a problem on the mail server side. Perhaps you could check there to see if the message is being blocked somehow?
