Automation Set up

John Lord August 7, 2024

Hello,

I am having issues trying to run an automation rule that reads through the confluence space and adds a tag if the page contains a keyword.

I had AI set up the first one which seemed to work but missed some pages that had the key word in it multiple times. The automation audit log showed it went through all 700 pages we have but can't figure out why it skipped some but not all.

I have tried to use some jql queries like {{content.page}} {{page.body}} {{page.title}} {{page.content}] but the automation is throttled whenever the rule runs.

Does anyone have an automation rule that they can share with me that just looks through the space and tags it if it contains the word I am looking for? Any guidance would be appreciated.
