Automation - No Actions Performed

Hi,

I am trying to automate to send a teams message when a page is published.

But I am getting the No Actions Performed. 

cql is returning a result . I also tried just sending an email but also not getting any. Not sure what i am missing?

issue was due to CQL. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Automation-not-executed-even-if-CQL-query-test-successful/qaq-p/2524509
