Hello dear Confluencers,
I would like to create an Automation that does the following:
"This rule checks existing pages for links to other pages and reminds the creator of the page every 3 months to review the link."
I cannot figure out how to scroll through every page and to look for links & linked pages. Have tried CQL but I guess I am not advanced enough yet.
Did anyone try that yet or have the same problem?
Already thank you for your help!
Florian
Option 1
Quick and dirty solution would be to label any page with links, then create a DB of pages with two columns - Label and Last updated.
Then you could just filter out pages with update dates older than three months and bang, you have your pages.
Option 2
Try exploring Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros alongside Confluence Databases.
Option 3
There may be apps on the Marketplace to what you want.
Hey @Kristian Klima :)
thank you for your quick reply!
Have done option 1 - now I am looking for an Automation to solve that haha
I am familiar with option 2 and use that for other occasions.
If it is not possible with an automation, I might have to look at other apps.
Bit I am really trying to solve this problem with an automation - thanks anyways!!
