Automating routine actions in Confluence data center

I am looking for possibilities to automate simple actions in Wiki Confluence Data Center edition. In particular the following:

1. Making a certain template section mandatory on creating of a new page or generating a warning that it is empty.

2. Enforcing Title case in the page titles.

3. Enforcing all pages under a certain parent to use the same template.

4. Restricting certain words from being used on a page.
