Automatically archiving content based on date?

I have a page which lists events based on date. Each event has a child page and I am using labels on the child pages and a page properties report macro to organize the list of events.

I am trying to find out if there is a way to automate the archive of the child pages and drop off of the page properties report based on the date of the event?

Hi @Sarah Jarrell ,

The use case you mentioned is challenging to automate with native Confluence features.

For this reason, we have developed Breeze - Content archiving made simple for Confluence Cloud.

It is a full-fledged content lifecycle management solution for Confluence that gives you

  • automated content analyses,
  • review and archiving workflows,
  • page and space ownership,
  • reports and notifications,
  • bulk archiving and deletion,
  • analytics,
  • and more to eliminate outdated pages quickly and clean Confluence for better collaboration.

👉 Feel free to give it a try or schedule an appointment with me for a personal demo.

Cheers, Adrian from B1NARY (the developers of Breeze)
