Auto expand the Navigation Panel menu

I was able to automatically expand the Navigation Panel menu for a Space by selecting Browse / Space Admin / Themes / Configuration theme, and then entering the following code in the Navigation window: >{pagetree:startDepth=2}

This worked very well except for one thing: my Navigation panel Search window (and the Search button itself) no longer display.

Can I auto-expand the menu and retain the Search field and button?

Yes, you should be able to display the search box by just setting the parameter searchBox to true:

{pagetree:startDepth=2|searchBox=true}
