Hi,
I'm trying to achieve the following:
a) user has an account in Confluence and is currently logged in to it
b) user tries to log in to an external website in wordpress
c) wordpress detects that user with provided e-mail address is currently logged to Confluence
d) wordpress automatically logs user to its website
I'm not sure which should be the correct approach. Either user should first authenticate with wordpress account credentials and then c) and d) should occur. Or instead of wordpress login screen, there should be some kind of "Login with Confluence" form that would try to authenticate user in Confluence first and then execute d).
I would appreciate any hint for the design of this flow, and especially, if there's any way to detect c), i.e if a user with provided e-mail address is currently logged to Confluence or not.
Thanks in advance.
Peter
There is a tool SSO.
Which is configured organization level.
When in my case our internal application and Skype and Outlook are sharing same password.
If i log into one application, for the other account there is no need to enter credentials.
or
Oauth
