We have some users that are not able to see the tickets from the jira macro, but other users are able to see. Even going through and allowing access, users are still not able to see the macro. What can I do to solution this?
The typical case here is that the user needs to also login to Jira to see the issues.
If the user logs in and is still not able to see the issue then a potential cause is either the user lacks the appropriate permission or the issue has a security level in place.
