I am attempting to read contents of my corporate confluence page using a python script. I've tried using the python requests library and was not able to connect. I tested my request code on a non-corporate test confluence page and it worked. I've also tried using the confluence REST API curl command and was still unable to connect.
Whenever I run the requests library without my own credentials, I get a 404 error. However, if I run the requests library with my credentials I get no output of the page. When I run the curl command, I get a connection refused error.
Does anyone know what mistakes I might be making or any other methods I can attempt to read a confluence page?
You can reuse that one
