Please help on how to attach an excel file in page. (I have tried but coming up with incorrect allignement)
Thanks,
Hey!
If you’re attaching an Excel file to a Confluence page, you’ve probably tried using the "Attachments" section or the "Excel" macro. Both are good options for sharing or displaying your Excel data on the page.
If you’re looking for something more interactive, you might want to explore Excel-Like Tables for Confluence. It lets you embed and work with spreadsheets directly on your page, including features like formulas, multiple sheets, and easy editing... without needing to switch back to the original file. It’s especially handy if you need to collaborate or make quick updates right within Confluence.
Let me know if you’d like more details or tips on how to use these features!
Hi @Urmila Namburi ,
If you are open to 3rd party apps, we can suggest trying the app that we develop - Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence.
With the help of the Table Spreadsheet macro you'll be able to import your existing data to Confluence and continue working with it in Excel-like style (cell formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.).
If you are not familiar with the app, please book a call with the team - we'll show everything live.

You can attach an Excel file to a Confluence page and ensure it displays correctly by following these steps:
If you're still experiencing alignment issues, it might be due to the page layout. Check if you're using multiple columns or sections that could be impacting the display. You can switch to a single-column layout to simplify alignment.
Kind Regards
