I have created a home page where I've attached various links to other Confluence pages, Jira and documents in Sharepoint.
I have noticed that once someone changes something, maybe the name of the file, the link goes away and it doesn't work anymore. Is there a way at least to keep track?

Confluence pages should appear without a problem. Now, if a user imposes a page restriction and you are not in the "vip" list of the viewers, then you will not be able to view the page. When you place a confluence page link inside another page, then the smart link will point to the confluence page's id. Even if a user changes its page title, the link will points toward the right page:
If you are encountering another problem, can you please be more specific and provide more details in order to help you?
