Hi, we have a new colleague and she cannot receive the verification email when trying to login for the first time. How do i securely send the email address for checking?

A correct email was entered.
Also, there were no received emails under spam/junk folder.
Resend verification link was also done but to no avail.
Can you quickly check the email address too on your end? How do i securely send the email address to you?
Please further check on this case while I wait for our email admin.
fyi, the mail server is not down as slack verification emails were successfully received same time an attempt was made to login the Atlassian account.

Try one of these solutions:
If you’ve just signed up, check that you’ve entered your email address correctly.
Check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply+XXXXXXXXX@am.atlassian.com.
Try using the Resend signup link or Resend verification link button.
Contact your email admin to check that emails from @am.atlassian.com are not being blocked.
Check that your email address is set up, that your inbox isn't full, and that the mail server is not down or experiencing issues.
