Atlassian Companion App Not Working

When I go to click the edit, button associated with this function, it just gives the pop-up window to download the app.  I have tried about 20 times to do this process and to no effect, that installation popup is automatically closing.

Confluence Version -6.15.9

Thanks for the reply.

When I tried to Edit attachment below pop-up coming. After Downloading Atlassian Companion & I tried to install it a pop-up window comes and automatically that pop-up is closing

Same Problem here, also on a Confluence 6.15.x

Maybe the lack of WebSocket Support on the 2.0.0 Version?

Is there a way to access old vesions and prevent updates?
