As a company administrator, I am unable to view restricted spaces. Why is that? Or how can I access such spaces?

As a Confluence (product) admin, you can use Recover space permissions feature within product administration to grant yourself permissions for restricted spaces. By doing this action, system will add you as a space admin and you can manage the space as usual.
Basically, navigate to Settings (wheel icon) > Security > Space permissions, find the space and click Recover admin permissions.

@Janusz Mokrzycki Also keep in mind that there may be valid reasons why the owner of the content has it restricted. It may contain sensitive financial, company, or personnel information that they don't feel you need access to.
