Hi,
Within Confluence, is there a way to find the count of each article which have:
Is there a way for us to check the total number of aricles created?
Hi @benjamin.santos1
As far as I know, there isn't something that does that natively in Confluence and to be honest I don't think there is an app that can solve that either.
I'd be happy to discuss your article search needs around decision trees tho. I am a Product Marketing Manager for Kolekti (part of the Adaptavist Group) and I might be able to help, as we've just launched a free beta app to the marketplace (here ) and we could look into having a search functionality to return results like the ones you're after.
Let me know.
Cheers,
Dan
There is no direct option (maybe via API) but there are 'workarounds' :)
Labels and Confluence Databases.
The idea is to create a set of labels and assign them to the pages.
Then you can then use the Content by Label macro and/or the Databases that allow you to filter and display a list of pages by labels.
The only issue is that Databases can't display the row number yet (it's still technically a beta) so you'd have to export as CSV, open in a spreadsheet software to see the line count.
Yes, it's not extra convenient, but once you set it up, it's just a few clicks.
