Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
What do you mean by "sheet"? There is no such thing in Confluence... :-?
If you mean a "page", then you can archive Confluence pages (automatically or manually) using the Better Content Archiving app. The app provides a wide range of features to manage the full lifecycle of pages, and page archiving is one of the most important features among those.
