Does Confluence have an approval feature similar to Google Docs, which sends an approval email and allows users to review any edits?
You would need an app in order to do it. We are using Comala Document Control but there are other apps in the Marketplace that can do it too.
If you are focused on periodic reviews of Confluence pages, keeping them up-to-date and automate the process as much as possible, then try the Better Content Archiving app.
It can email authors, modifiers, owners, individual users and groups to review and edit content.

Out of the box, Confluence Cloud does not have this feature.
If you need to sign off pages, and keep a record of the signatures, Document Control for Confluence Cloud can help you (paid app built by us).
