Application Navigator Icon missing in Confluence Cloud

I no longer see the hamburger button to switch between applications. The Application Navigator does contain the links I need but the button is missing. How do I display the button on the top left hand corner of the window?

The hamburger menu is no longer available on the upper left-hand corner. It is now in the lower left-hand corner.
